This is a step by step guide to help you get your designs up and running on the Elvidi market
Step 1 - Register as a seller on the Elvidi market by clicking the below button:
Step 2 - Click HERE to upload your print file (not on mock-up) that will be used by Elvidi to print onto the garment.
The image may be in the following formats: PNG - PSD - AI
Please ensure transparency on background unless the background is a part of the design.
Step 3 - Right click and save the mock-ups below to your device that you are going to add your designs too.
Each image is 1024 x 1024
With the background color code: eae8e8
Note: Once you right-click and save the image, the dimensions should remain the same after you add your design to the mock-up and save.
Max design size: Please note that all designs are front only with max sizes for the following garments:
Men/Women T-Shirts: 30cm/11.8in width - 45cm/17.7in height
Youth T-Shirts: 25cm/9.8in width - 40cm/15.7in height
LongSleeves: 30cm/11.8in width - 45cm/17.7in height
Men/Woman Jumpers: 30cm/11.8in width - 45cm/17.7in height
Hoodies: 30cm/11.8in width - 35cm/13.7in height

Step 4 - Use one of the many graphic design software's (Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral Draw, Gravit Designer, Paint etc) to place your design onto the mock-ups that you are going to upload to the Elvidi market.
Step 5 - Click on Profile - My account, to start setting up your shop page.
Note - for best image quality, please follow the dimension sizes stated on the page.
Step 6 - From the dashboard, click on profile - payment details to add your preferred payment account, to start earning from your sales.
Note: Please only add one payment method.
Step 7 - Click on the products tab and then click on the add product button.
Step 8 - Enter all the details for your design.
1. Add product name (Be sure to add the product 'type' to the end of the name. For example, If your design is called "Zoom Zoom" then add 'Women's T-Shirt'. Your item will then be called "Zoom Zoom Women's T-Shirt." The same application applies for Men's T-Shirts, Hoodies, Long Sleeves, Women's Jumpers, Men's Jumpers and Kid's T-Shirts.
2. Click on the relevant product type (Women's T-Shirt, Men's T-Shirt, Hoodies etc)
3. Describe the item to help with SEO. Allow the buyer to understand your brand and the design.
4. Click product tag and add the type. Eg - Women's T-Shirt.
5. Add your own price. Be sure to check the price table HERE for more details regarding your commission and recommended prices.
6. Click the collection button on where the product belongs. Eg: Women's T-Shirt.
7. Upload the images that you have designed using the mock-ups above with the graphics.
8. Add the variants at the bottom. Go color first, then size. Type in the colors in the same order as the images. If your first t-shirt is black, type black in the variant first.
Note: The first image you upload will be the feature image.
Step 9 - Here is an example of the product page filled out.
Step 10 - After you have clicked saved changes, you need to add the image variation to each item. Scroll down and click on each image individually to add the image variation. If you have Pink, you'll need to do this for each size, S, M, L, XL, XXL etc.
Step 11 - Once you click on the image variant, click one color variant at a time.
Step 12 - Once you have filled out each color variant for each size, eg - pink - S, pink - M, pink L etc, Click on save changes once completed.
Step 13 - After your item has been created, a review team member will quickly look over it to make sure that all the above steps have been followed and your product design will be up and running on the new item section of the Elvidi market.
